You'll be led through a grounded Nidra meditation, held in stillness and breath, while enveloped in the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls and gong. These frequencies support brainwave shifts, cellular release, and deep internal quiet.
An optional singing bowl massage (placing bowls directly on the body) offers another layer of vibrational healing — helping the body receive sound through bone, fascia, and fluid.

We begin with a slow, fascia-informed Yin sequence, designed to hydrate tissue, stimulate meridians, and gently activate the vagus nerve.
