Workshops and speaking
Accessible conversations about stress, nervous system awareness, co-regulation and human behaviour.
Start a conversation ↗Pressure doesn’t stay neatly inside a job description. It shows up in conversations, decisions, relationships and the energy people bring to work. Leaders and teams need practical ways to respond.
Work Intelligently brings nervous system awareness into workplace culture through workshops, pilots and tailored programming. Education, conversation and group wellness sessions create room to understand what’s happening and practice a healthier way of working together.

Culture is shaped by what happens between people: how we communicate, respond to pressure, make decisions and support one another through change. I create education and programming that help leaders and teams understand these dynamics and put that awareness into practice.
My background in entrepreneurship, business development, project leadership and human behaviour connects the realities of running a business with the realities of being human. We can build something useful for your people, from a single workshop to an ongoing program.

Accessible conversations about stress, nervous system awareness, co-regulation and human behaviour.
Start a conversation ↗I’m available to create workplace programming, learning series and pilots around your people, culture and goals, with a scope and review process agreed together.
Discuss a project ↗Bring a human-centred perspective to wellness, education and experience design.
Explore collaboration ↗Guided group sessions for team gatherings, wellbeing days and ongoing workplace programs. Discuss sound, Yin or restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Flow, guided meditation or a combination, with participation by choice.
Plan a group experience ↗We begin with the people you want to reach, what they need and what a useful outcome would look like. From there, we can discuss format, audience, scope and how to evaluate the work.
Areas of interest include leadership, workplace wellbeing, co-regulation, transitions and the human side of technological change.
Workplace programming is educational and does not replace clinical care or an employer’s safety obligations.
Explore how our pace, tone, behaviour and relationships can help steady a group or amplify stress. Translate awareness into clearer communication, boundaries and leadership habits.
Build understanding, reduce stigma and discuss supportive workplace practices. Make room for privacy, different experiences and the needs of trans and nonbinary colleagues too.
Consider workload, expectations, recovery and supportive communication around sick leave and return to work. Wellbeing programming belongs alongside practical changes to how work is organised.
Make space for fear, uncertainty, job identity and changing expectations. Support thoughtful conversations, employee voice and learning as technology changes the workplace.
Recognise how intimidation, exclusion and disrespect affect people and culture. Discuss constructive responses and appropriate HR support, reporting and escalation pathways.
Education and conversation around stress, mental health, caregiving, grief, chronic illness and substance use concerns, with clear boundaries and pathways to qualified support.
The Menopause Foundation of Canada’s 2023 report noted that women aged 40+ represented a quarter of Canada’s workforce, and estimated that unmanaged menopause symptoms account for 540,000 lost workdays annually. In its national survey, 32% of working women said symptoms negatively affected their work performance.
These are reasons to build understanding and practical support for experienced employees, rather than expect people to struggle in silence. Perimenopause and menopause belong in the workplace wellbeing conversation.

Some employer Wellness Spending Accounts (WSAs) or lifestyle accounts may reimburse eligible wellness services, depending on the plan. Ask your plan administrator about the specific service, provider requirements and receipt details before booking. A WSA is different from a Health Care Spending Account or standard extended-health insurance; reimbursement is not guaranteed. Non-RMT body care is not billed as registered massage therapy.
